Make the video. We'll be the setting.

SiliconExchange is a US marketplace just for PC hardware, from single parts to full builds. We're new, and we'd rather grow with the people who build, flip and fix hardware on camera than with ads alone.

See the video ideasHow selling works

    Why we built it

Scalpers broke buying, and selling a used part still means a long run of messages before anyone pays. Meanwhile every upgrade leaves a good part behind: GPUs, CPUs, memory kits and whole builds sitting in drawers and closets. The used market isn't plan B any more. It's the market.

So we built a home for it: a marketplace that knows what a GPU is, where you search your exact model and, for most parts, the specs fill in from our catalog, the buyer's payment is held before you ship, and the fee is built for hardware.

    Video ideas, yours to take

You know your audience. These are starting points, not scripts.

    Flip it here
Buy anywhere, fix it up, sell it here. Show the listing, the offer, the label and what actually lands in your account.
    Sell what you swapped out
The card from your last upgrade, the RAM from a teardown, the parts left over after a build. List them on camera and show what you keep.
    Build from our sellers
A budget build bought entirely from SiliconExchange sellers, with how the buyer protection works explained along the way. We're new and the shelves are still filling, so ask us first: we'll tell you honestly when a category is deep enough to film.
    Your own idea
If you have a better one, we want to hear it.

What you get as a seller

    • For their first 6 months, new sellers pay 5% on the first $3,750, then 3.5% above, locked in with their first listing. After that, 7% on the first $3,750, then 3.5% above. The fee is on the order total (item and shipping), charged only when an item sells. No listing fees, no subscription.
    • The buyer's payment is held before you ship.
    • Discounted USPS labels print from the order, the cost taken from your payout. UPS and FedEx are coming soon.
    • Search your exact model and the specs fill in for GPUs, CPUs, memory, motherboards, storage and power supplies.

The full fee table and how you get paid are on Why sell here.

Our Community Partners, Blackbird PC Tech and Northwest Repair, are PC creators we work with directly. The badge names that relationship, nothing more.

    How we work with creators

    Your verdict stays yours
Good or bad, say what you found. Nothing we offer depends on your verdict.
    Anything of value is disclosed
If we give you something, a reduced fee, a part or a paid spot, you say so wherever you mention us, out loud and on screen, as the FTC expects. We'll send you the wording.
Terms in writing, before anything starts
We start with a conversation. If something of value is involved, what it is, when it ends and what follows go in writing first.
