This page states the fees SiliconExchange charges, and is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service (Section 4.3). Fee Schedule version 2026-08-18. Rates in effect since August 9, 2026.
7% + $0.40 on the first $3,750, then 3.5% on the amount above. The fee is calculated on the order total — the item price plus shipping — and is charged only when an item sells. Payment processing is included — there is no separate processing fee, no listing fee, and no subscription.
The example tables on this page illustrate how the fee is calculated. If an example and the stated fee formula ever differ, the formula controls.

5% + $0.40 on the first $3,750, then 3.5% on the amount above. Calculated the same way, on the order total. The founding rate applies for 6 months, locked in automatically when a seller's first listing is published during the founding-seller enrollment period.
The founding-seller enrollment period opened on July 25, 2026, and is currently open. SiliconExchange may close enrollment on notice posted to this page; a seller already enrolled keeps the founding rate for their full 6-month term regardless of any later change to or closure of the program.

$0. Buyers pay the listed price plus shipping (and any applicable taxes) — no service fee, no checkout fee.
The fee applied to an order is the fee in effect at the time the order is placed and is recorded on the order; later changes to this schedule do not affect orders already placed. A change that increases fees will be posted on this page at least fourteen (14) days before it takes effect.
SiliconExchange may offer individually negotiated or promotional rates (including the founding-seller program above) at its discretion; such rates are disclosed to the seller they apply to. Optional costs a seller elects — shipping labels and shipment protection — are passed through at cost and itemized on the order.
